Objective – The project aims to customer engagement on CRM channels through innovative planning and content strategies.
Project Details:
Develop Daily Planning Schedules for CRM Channels: Create detailed daily planning schedules for each CRM channel, outlining content themes, timing, and frequency. Ensure alignment with overall campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
- Coordinate with Content and Design Team: Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to develop marketing assets tailored to each CRM channel. Ensure that all assets are aligned with campaign objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee End-to-End Planning and Execution: Take charge of end-to-end planning and execution of CRM campaigns, from ideation to deployment. Monitor and manage the implementation process to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.
- Analyse Daily Campaign Performance: Regularly analyze the performance of CRM campaigns using relevant metrics such as click-through rates (CTRs) and open rates. Use insights gained to refine planning strategies and optimize future campaigns for better results.
Measure of Success –
- Improvement in click-through rates (CTRs) and open rates for each channel.
- Increase in traffic and conversion rates across all channels.
Impact – Improvement in Palette’s daily run rate through improvement in CRM channel’s planning, content and operational efficiencies.
