Description
We're expanding our team and looking for a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer and a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to play crucial roles in developing our custom Large Language Models (LLMs) and optimizing their performance for legal research applications. These positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to our innovative project's AI backend and React-based frontend.
Responsibilities
Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of machine learning models, focusing on NLP and LLMs for legal applications.
- Enhance model training processes, data pipelines, and performance optimization for scalability.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate AI functionalities into our React UI, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct rigorous testing and performance evaluations to inform continuous improvement.
Junior Machine Learning Engineer:
- Support the development and maintenance of machine learning models and data processing tasks.
- Assist in integrating AI technologies into our React-based front-end, working closely with senior engineers.
- Participate in ongoing learning and team collaboration to stay at the forefront of AI research and development.
Requirements
For Mid-Level Engineer:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning (ML), or related field.
- Strong understanding of ML and neural network(NN) concepts. Should be able to train, validate, and test NN models.
- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch), and ML ops.
For Junior Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1+ year of machine learning experience or related internships.
- Basic knowledge of Python and machine learning frameworks.
- Interest in learning and contributing to React UI development.
