Full job description

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, system administration, and experience in automating and optimizing the processes involved in software development, deployment, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that applications are designed for and deployed efficiently in cloud or on-prem environments.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of production and development environments.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are integrated into the CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and system performance.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and scalability.
• Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and system administration.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with database management and optimization.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
