 Overview
 

 Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, with strong expertise in Excel, along with a basic to good level understanding of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. This role demands excellent communication skills and flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred.

 Key Responsibilities:

 - Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.

 - Utilize Excel for complex data analysis, creating pivot tables, charts, and other advanced functionalities.

 - Create and manage reports using Power BI and/or Tableau to provide actionable insights.

 - Collaborate with different departments to gather and interpret requirements for reporting and data analysis.

 - Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting tools and platforms.

 - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to reporting and data analysis.

 - Provide regular updates and reports to management, ensuring clarity and understanding of key metrics.

 - Train and support team members in using reporting tools and understanding reports.

 - Adapt to various shifts in a 24/7 work environment, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.

 Required Qualifications:

 - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

 - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role.

 - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation.

 - Basic to good level knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau.

 - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 - Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.

 Preferred Qualifications:

 - Previous experience in a similar role within a tech or IT services company.

 - Certifications in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

 - Experience with other data visualization tools and reporting software.
