Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Gen AI algorithms to analyze large, complex datasets.
• Utilize GenAI, LLM, NLP, and text analytics to extract meaningful insights from unstructured data.
• Create, test & deploy Gen AI models for enterprise level business used cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct research and experimentation to enhance AI capabilities and address industry-specific challenges.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to data privacy and security protocols while handling sensitive information.

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in data science, with a focus on Gen AI, Text Analytics, NLP & LLM.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging Gen AI models and techniques to solve complex business problems.
   

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Certification Required
• Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science would be advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI domain.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in AI programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience in working with Gen AI frameworks and libraries, such as Lang chain, Open AI & Azure Open AI etc.
• Well versed with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and text analytics.
• Hands-on knowledge of GenAI and LLM for AI model development and evaluation.
• Ability to apply statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms to real-world datasets.
