The ADM-Developer role is a key position within the AD & ASM department. The role will report to the ADM-Analyst and can be based at any Prodapt location across the globe. The overall purpose of the position is to comprehend business requirement and system specifications, perform impact analysis, and document insights, understand design documents to conceptualize the coding approach, develop code while adhering to coding standards, and demonstrate the ability to work on required development environment (IDE, tool or framework). The candidate will also be responsible for understanding code source control management and comprehending and assessing the utility and impact of one's role on the organization and the customers.

Responsibilities

Comprehend business requirement and system specifications 
Perform Impact Analysis and document the insights 
Comprehend the data model and the project solution 
Understand design documents to conceptualize the coding approach 
Ensure adherence to coding standards 
Develop code in conformance to the requirement while maintaining the right logic and flow 
Demonstrate the ability to work on required development environment (IDE, tool or framework) 
Understand code source control management (check-in, check-out, resolve merge conflicts) 
Comprehend and assess the utility and impact of one's role on the organization and the customers and act accordingly.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field with Work experinece of 3- 5 years with the below skillset 
AI/ML, Vertex AI, ML Ops (MLFlow/KubeFlow), Langchain and LLMs, Python, Ability to train models in a containerized environemnts.
